“I was a calm and confident person until I became plagued with panic attacks I was given 2 medications by my doctor, but it didn’t make the uncomfortable feelings go away I avoided places, especially new ones Then I began working with Mike Maiocco Through hypno-therapy, I discovered the source of my attacks and took control of my life again”
“For the last 5 years I suffered from anxiety and panic attacks to a point I couldn’t go far from home It got worse each year and I became more restrictive I was skeptical of hypnosis but I decided to give it a try WOW we did regression and I was able to release a bunch of junk from the past The first session and the affirmations gave me a sense of hope After each session I could do a little more Mike has a gift and I appreciate it I am now able to go anywhere without any stress or anxiety at all Talk about freedom!”
Fears, phobias and panic can range from bothersome to debilitating.
Typical examples are:
- finding it difficult or impossible to cross bridges
- being very uncomfortable in crowds of people
- finding it hard to drive on busy roads and highways
- being very uncomfortable in open areas and spaces
- being very uncomfortable in enclosed spaces (elevator / tunnel)
- fears of birds, snakes, bees, wasps, or spiders
- fear of heights
- fear of flying
- fear of public speaking
The feelings and symptoms of panic are a natural part of your body’s fight-or-flight response which is a natural response to “protect” ourselves The conscious / rational mind recognizes most of these fears are “irrational”, we shouldnʼt be afraid however as there is a “program” in the subconscious mind made to “protect” us Itʼs an old program but very effective Our anxiety is heightened when we experience the negative body symptoms and have no logical explanation for it.
- when the negative thoughts start, adrenaline is released
- breathing is erratic and becomes quick, shallow and uncomfortable
- the heart pumps faster and we begin to feel out of control
- digestion stops as the blood rushes to the arms and legs to help us either fight or flee
- we begin to sweat and suffer a dry mouth
- we feel an immediate threat and have the need to run away from the person, place or event
There is strong evidence that anxiety disorders can have both a physical and psychological component The symptoms are apparent and uncomfortable, but the causes may be unknown. The situation or event which created the fear is a threat to the victim because it is unresolved. The subconscious mind will bury uncomfortable feelings from events especially early in life. Often we have no conscious memory of the event. Through Healing Regression Hypnotherapy we tap into the awesome power of the subconscious mind and expose the root cause We then use a variety of releasing techniques to eliminate the mental and physical power of the feelings and emotions. Once this is completed the energy around the fear is gone and you are free to live your life.
I do a lot work with fears, phobias and related panic attacks Gentle Direct Suggestion Hypnosis and Healing Regression Hypnotherapy work with the body and mind together to release the fear and related anxiety and panic. Once you learn you are in control of your physiology, your breathing and your thoughts you can face the challenges before you.
Treatment is a journey as I teach you to relax and process the negative thoughts and body reactions. As you learn the techniques you will feel better and be able to face those fears.
Ultimately we will find the root cause of these irrational fears and release the negative energy from the memories. Healing Regression Hypnotherapy along with EFT is an effective combination with great results.
I record the Direct Suggestion Hypnosis portion of your session on your IPod or a CD while you are being hypnotized. At the end of the session you receive this recording to take home with you and the more you listen to this recording the faster you will see results. The key to transformation is repetition The more you see/hear/experience your goals, the more they become real for you. Listen only in a comfortable, relaxed state. You can even put the recording on at night and fall asleep to it. It’s that easy! (Never listen while driving or doing any activity other than relaxing).
