So, how does it work / what treatments will I receive?

As a Stress Management Practitioner, I use a variety of modalities including Stress Management, Direct Suggestion Hypnosis (along with a customized recording), Healing Hypnotherapy, Parts Therapy, and EFT (meridian tapping) to help remove the physical symptoms and emotional dependence to nicotine. It’s all a process that is very effective for nicotine cessation and staying smoke/vape free for life.

For Smoking / Vaping Cessation, I do a series of 2 in-person and 2 to 3 phone sessions (as needed) for a total of around 4 hours, as follows:

The first session is 2 hours long. I will first explain the effects nicotine has on brain receptors and why it’s often hard to quit. Also, I will give you effective techniques to release the physical and emotional cravings. Working on your life stressors and helping you handle them will also help with your cessation goals. Discussing the triggers in your daily routines that foster the nicotine cravings is part of it. We will then record a customized Direct Suggestion Hypnosis recording. You will listen to the recording every day as you ‘see and feel’ yourself nicotine free. This will reinforce the positive effects of starting your new healthier nicotine-free life.

After the first session, we will do 2 to 3 phone sessions to reinforce your new life as a non-user.

The second session is usually 7 to 14 days later and is one hour long. During that session, we will reinforce your nicotine-free success with another Direct Suggestion Hypnosis recording which you will listen to each day and re-listen to if you ever have cravings for nicotine in the future.

Most people quit smoking/vaping within the timeframe of this package. Most will quit after the first session, others cut down considerably, then quit completely during the second session. I will follow your guidelines but the most important thing is that you quit.

I will teach you Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) which is a Hypnosis/Energy technique that you use as a tool in the waking state to help with any thoughts of smoking or withdrawal symptoms you may or may not experience.

In summary, I have several techniques to rid you of this habit. We will examine your relationship to nicotine. Whether they are your friend, companion, weight loss aid, or relaxation tool, we will expose this unwanted habit for what it is. Release the physical and emotional hold it has on you and give you a healthy life back.
